World of Hope School educates students and adults daily, teaching English, basic math, computer skills (future project), hygiene, sport, music, moral and gender equality.  We are always in need of fluent English-speaking volunteers to support our Khmer teachers in the classrooms with pronunciation, and thinking outside of the square.

Classes run daily between 08:00 and 10:30 and again from 14:00 to 18:00.  We ask each volunteer to commit to the morning, afternoon or both sessions.

provides the opportunity for volunteers to build a classroom, office, toilet block etc. from the ground up

Painting inside and outside of buildings

Gardening Creating vegetable gardens for the community to share and sell to supplement their income, create a flower bed in front of classrooms and other areas as required.

We understand that during the heat of the day can be taxing however the above activities are an important part of building our new school and encourage volunteers to do both teaching and building.
